Spacious room with everything you need, including a private bathroom. 🛁

Just fine, clean, cheap and situated near the lake and close to town.

The staff were very friendly. They provided a free airport pick-up and drop-off and even lent us their car for the night (to go in to central Rotorua).

The room had great facilities and a comfortable bed, plus the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food choices.

Location: the hotel was just next door to quite with the family buzz of happy children in the playground, and so many improvements still being constructed in the future.

Cheap and Good - we stayed longer

The spot in the North Island of New Zealand is fantastic with a wonderful room that has its bathroom, friendly staff, and everything well-kept.

Play area for kids was great as was swimming pool.

Our cabin had a very odd odour - fishy!!!

I like the location out of the main tourist area, by the lake,quiet. Out of town yet easy access to all activities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The all year round swimming facility was a highlight for me. Whether it was a sunny day or raining outside, I could always enjoy a refreshing swim or simply relax on the deck chairs. Additionally, the indoor heated pool was a great option for those wanting to escape the wet weather and cozy up with a good book. I also loved the unique touch of 18 scattered dinosaurs around the park, adding a playful and enjoyable element to my stay.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the playground could use a bit of an upgrade, especially for the kids.

Absolutely fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful! Had a lot of knowledge about activities and events in Rotorua, made the whole experience very pleasant indeed :) 5 stars

The stay here was such great for two nights. The location was marvellous and fantastic, relatively close to Te Amorangi Museum. The room was spacious and quiet with three heaters when I arrived. I truly enjoyed that there were good choice of facilities in the room such as: TV set, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator.

The main lodge room was a pleasant surprise with a large TV and a complete kitchen, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a movie night or cook up a feast. It felt like having our own mini apartment!

Damp beds.

I loved the reception lady and how she had good customer service skills. Anything I needed she kindly helped me to do. I give her a 10 out of 10 :d

There were belongings left over from the last person who stayed but it was alright didn't phase me.
